When you work in Hawaii, in addition to learning about the functional aspects of running a hotel — like the proper way to make a bed or how to best handle luggage — it’s critically important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family.’ When opening the first Andaz property in Hawaii, our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to help us understand what ‘ohana truly means.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our award-winning Hyatt team! Our bartenders are the heart of our beverage service, responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and providing personalized recommendations to enhance each guest's dining experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative and social environment and values attention to detail.

Servers are responsible for taking and presenting guest beverage selections with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will develop strong menu knowledge, provide recommendations from our curated selection of libations, and create a welcoming atmosphere through engaging, casual conversation. Maintaining an attractive and organized setting is essential, as style and service attributes play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
