We're looking for a strong General Manager to lead our Starbucks location at Orlando International Airport (MCO). This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume, fast-paced airport environment while representing one of the most recognized brands in the world.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee daily operations of a quick service restaurant, with responsibilities including:

• Guest service excellence
• Hiring, training, and team development
• Scheduling and labor management
• Financial performance (P&L accountability)
• Ensuring brand standards and operational compliance
• Experience with Paycom is a plus.
• Up to $80,000 annually.

Important Requirements

• Must be able to pass an airport background check
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by airport operations
