PositionSummary
Sofrito Latin Cafe is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our team with accountability, integrity, and focus. This role calls for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, drives operational excellence, and makes thoughtful, timely decisions to achieve financial and performance goals. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including P&L management, team development, guest experience, and regulatory compliance while upholding the high standards that define our brand.

- Oversee all restaurant operations with full accountability for guest service, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage financial performance, including labor, food, and operating costs
- Hire, train, schedule, develop, and lead a team of 15+ employees per shift
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and Serv Safe standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and waste control
- Resolve guest concerns and uphold a strong customer-focused culture
- Maintain a professional restaurant image and community presenceli>
- Report operational and performance updates directly to ownership
- 2+ years proven restaurant management experience (general management preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of restaurant financials, scheduling, and cost controls
- Serv Safe certification (required)
- Proficiency with basic computer systems
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Background and credit check required
Annual Salary: $72,000 - $76,000
