Lakehouse Server Assistant On-Call

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our relaxing, outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G. Inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, take ease with familiar favorites and southern comforts.

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

• Background in fine dining or resort experience is preferred, emphasis on high volume
• Prior experience of 1-2 years working in Food & Beverage

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
