As one of the most celebrated openings of 2024, we are seeking a Seasonal Pool Bartender to join our team.

Conrad Orlando sits on the Evermore Orlando Resort featuring a 20-acre tropical beach and 8-acre lagoon. The resort features 433 rooms including 51 suites and 10 family suites, 65,000 sq ft of meeting space, a spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and six food and beverage outlets including three restaurants, a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.

• Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Typical Shift Times: 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Must have Friday & Saturday availability

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and portion control standards
• Present and serve beverages to guests
• Check identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle money, cards, vouchers
• Stock and maintain the bar (beer, wine, spirits, glassware, condiments, ice, etc.)
• Cut, store and ensure quality of beverage perishables
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed

• Experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
