Shift Leaders – Marco's Pizza

Marco's Pizza is seeking Shift Leaders. This position supervises the entire crew and all workstations in the day‑to‑day operations of a pizza store on either day or night shifts.

Part of your workweek is “Closing the store” (on some nights) and is a requirement after training. It means you do some of the closing work to allow the store to finish for the day. We close at 11 pm Sun–Thu, and 12 midnight Fri–Sat.

You don't have to have prior Fast Food experience. It's useful, but not necessary. We teach you all our Marco's Pizza system. We are more interested in you as a person and what your potential may be.

The Franchisee started as a Delivery Driver and now is the owner of 13 stores and planning many more. If you come with us and want to own your own Franchise one day we will help you. It's a “Win‑Win.”

• Ensuring the delivery of high‑quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too.
• Product, Service, and Image fall under the Shift Leaders, the cornerstones of Marco’s. We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS, we are willing to train if you have what it takes. We are opening a lot of stores and looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers. They are very well paid and have various incentives in place. Some of our GMs already own their own franchise stores.

We will train you to give you the management experience you will need with us and with any employer you ever work for in your future. We have lots of opportunity for growth for those that want it and work hard for it. Fast‑paced, FUN environment. Will train you to work all positions in the restaurant, and train you on how to manage people and shifts.

Pay: $15.00 per hour and up dependent on qualities shown.
