The Nickley Group, Central Florida's top real estate team, is looking for ambitious Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) to join the Client Services team. This role is ideal for those eager to provide top-tier service and build meaningful client connections.

As an ISA with TNG, you'll have opportunities for growth and learning in Orlando's dynamic real estate market. Your role is crucial in shaping the client experience, supported by comprehensive training programs and scenario-based role-playing. Role Insight:

As an ISA, you’ll create lasting connections with clients. The ideal candidate is engaging, persistent, and patient, understanding that lead conversion is a marathon, not a sprint. Your active listening skills will help understand prospective home buyers' desires, moving them closer to their dream home. You will work closely with our listing and buyer agents, coordinating appointments for clients ready to proceed with their home search.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn and utilize cutting-edge CRMs and technologies to maximize productivity and achieve revenue goals
  • Accept inbound calls, emails, texts, and referrals as part of outreach and sales initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs as home buyers or sellers
  • Qualify potential clients accurately to optimize time and resources
  • Practice and internalize scripts through role play to improve communication skills
  • Follow up with all leads and maintain regular contact with clients
  • Collaborate with team agents to promote teamwork
  • Maintain relationships with lender partners to serve as a helpful resource

Compensation:

$75,000+ annually
