This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kissimmee, FL, for a Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with residents, providing top-tier customer service, and contributing to resident retention efforts. Key responsibilities include lease administration, conducting property tours, assisting prospective residents with lease signings, and maintaining consistent communication to address resident needs and inquiries.

• Strong Customer Service and Resident Retention skills to maintain positive relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Proficiency in Lease Administration and the management of lease agreements
• Effective Communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with residents and potential tenants
• Knowledge of Leases and experience handling lease-related tasks and documentation
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant education preferred
