Real Estate Sales Agent

This is a salary PLUS commission position. You read that right. This comes with a $35,000 base salary and a year's worth of commissions and bonuses, and that's not even the best part of how you will make $70,000 to $110,000 with us in the next year.

We're not looking for someone who wants to build their own business from scratch. We're looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to step into an already-built machine and help us scale it.

This is for the agent who loves being in the mix with clients, thrives on being busy, and takes pride in delivering exceptional servicewithout the stress of prospecting, cold calling, or wondering where your next deal is coming from.

We're the "Mayor of Orlando" brand with 17,000 You Tube subscribers, over 25K+ social media followers, and a reputation that brings clients to us. Your job? Deliver an amazing experience on every transaction and keep that trust.

You won't be building systems from scratch. You'll be executing proven systems that already work. You'll have full supporttransaction coordinator, showing assistant, marketing team, and editor. You stay focused on what matters: clients, deals, and closing.

$70,000 - $110,000 yearly

This isn't a typical agent role - think account executive.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
• Conduct showings, coordinate inspections, and manage the appraisal process
• Keep clients informed and confident throughout the transaction
• Handle day-to-day client communication and problem-solving
• Work with our transaction coordinator to keep deals on track
• Build strong relationships with clients (they see you as an extension of our brand)
• Become a specialist in listing presentations and seller experience

What you WON'T do:

• Cold calling or dealing with leads who don't respect our team
• Final negotiation strategy on major issues (team leader steps back in)
• Transaction paperwork (our TC handles this)
• Listing data entry
• Marketing or social media (our marketing team handles this)
• Scheduling every showing (our showing assistant supports you)

Your job is simple: Be exceptional with clients in the middle of the process. Keep deals moving. Communicate clearly. Solve problems proactively. Make clients feel taken care of.

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Minimum 2 years transaction experience (buyer or seller side)
• 20+ deals closed in your career (you understand the full process) - can be as a support role (i.e., TC)
• Excellent communicator - You return calls/texts quickly, keep clients informed, and explain things clearly
• Client-focused - You genuinely enjoy working with people
• Detail-oriented - Nothing falls through the cracks
• Tech-comfortable - CRM, Docu Sign, MLS experience
• Team player - You value collaboration and support
• Coachable - Open to feedback and learning our systems
