Basic Qualifications
- Degree at the Bachelor level or above or equivalent education / experience
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Demonstrated supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work weekly weekend overtime to complete inspection time cards and perform weekend rotational overtime to support center weekend overtime priorities related to inspection
- Ability to report to work at the scheduled start time of 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
You will be the Inspection Supervisor Senior for the Inspection Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance across multiple centers.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Inspection Supervisor Senior you will be responsible for leading a team of inspectors, coordinating training, and driving continuous improvement in inspection processes.
In This Role You Will- Coordinate subordinate employee training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition / disciplinary actions.
- Understand workflow and daily production requirements.
- Plan and direct daily work for inspectors.
- Ensure ongoing cross training needs are met.
- Support recruitment and hiring of inspectors
- Participate in internal audits affecting the inspection team.
- Engage in resolving daily floor issues with production operations working independently with minimal oversight.
- Integrate with Production team in troubleshooting area quality inspection execution deficiencies / resources.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

Desired Skills- Previous inspection aerospace supervision experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge or experience in engineering drawing interpretation
- Prior compliance / corrective action experience
- Experience working and leading in a union environment
- Strong prioritization, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
