Position Overview: The Electrical QA/QC Director (Orlando, Florida) will lead and manage quality assurance and control efforts across all phases of electrical construction. In this senior leadership position, you’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, field teams, and clients to uphold strict compliance with codes, specifications, and industry best practices—driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive QA/QC program for electrical new construction across all projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and submittals to define quality requirements and inspection benchmarks.
• Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance with the NEC, local codes, and project-specific standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for identified quality issues.
• Train and mentor office and field staff on QA/QC protocols, standards, and expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, inspectors, and third-party testing agencies to coordinate inspections and resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, deficiencies, corrective actions, and resolution timelines.
• Champion continuous improvement in prefabrication practices and field installation consistency.

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience, including 5+ years in a QA/QC leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the NEC, local and national codes, and electrical quality standards.
• Proven success managing QA/QC programs on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation platforms (e.g., Autodesk Build, Procore) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
