We provide comprehensive, full-service small animal medicine with Wellness and Prevention, Testing and Diagnostics, Advanced Care, surgical procedures, Urgent Care, and Emergency services. You will work within established protocols in a clinic focused on daily pet wellness and complex case management. Our location is Orlando, FL, on East Colonial Drive, offering easy access and opportunities to build strong client relationships within the local community.
Impact as a Receptionist
- Be the Director of First Impressions:
You ll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. - Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
You ll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently. - Advocate for Pet Health:
You ll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible. - Embody Compassion and Empathy:
You ll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
