** what you get to do:
*** conduct day/night cleaning and maintenance of salt and freshwater pools and tanks while adhering to all environmental regulations.
* maintain general upkeep of shallow water exhibits to include pressure washing, vacuuming, hull scrubbing, and dredging sand.
* operate equipment and heavy machinery, such as pressure washer, hull scrubber, vacuum excavator, etc.
* assist maintenance divers with tasks and perform duties as assigned.
** what it takes to succeed:
*** must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* must be at least 18 years of age
* must be able to lift 80 pounds
* must be able to push/pull 80 pounds
* must be able to pass qualifying swim test
* swimming/physical training required
* must be able to snorkel
* must be able to work the overnight shift (approximately anytime from 6pm – 6am)
* must be able to stand for long periods of time
* must be able to lift, push and pull 100 pounds alone, 300 pounds assisted
