The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

• Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other healthcare team members. May not alter the plan of care.
• Complete a progress note for each visit and submit daily to the agency.
• Observe and report the patient's nursing needs, instruct family members on care and maintaining a healthy environment.
• Record and report to the supervising nurse or physician the patient's response to treatment and any changes in condition.

• Current LPN licensure in Florida
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• CPR Certification
