Responsibilities- Greet and register patients and family members
- Manage appointments and daily schedule
- Manage and provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents
- Provide customer service
- Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in a high‑volume dental or medical office setting
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet
- Strong background in patient care environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- No on‑call, no holidays, no weekends
