Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) NEW GRADUATE Job Description

Nemours is seeking NEW GRAD Registered Nurses for our PICU, and Hem/Onc units to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Orlando, Florida. to take a virtual tour.

Located in Orlando, Fla., Nemours Children’s Hospital is the newest addition to the Nemours integrated healthcare system. Our 100-bed pediatric hospital also features the area’s only 24-hour Emergency Department designed just for kids as well as outpatient pediatric clinics including several specialties previously unavailable in the region. A hospital designed by families for families, Nemours Children’s Hospital blends the healing power of nature with the latest in healthcare innovation to deliver world-class care to the children of Central Florida and beyond.

In keeping with our goal of bringing Nemours care into the communities we serve, we also provide specialty outpatient care in several clinics located throughout the region.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or higher nursing degree, required (from an accredited nursing program)

Active Florida or multi-state RN license, required

National certification in area of clinical specialty (preferred)

• Less than 3 MONTHS Registered Nurse experience

CURRENT NEMOURS ASSOCIATES
: ASN required with concurrent enrollment in BSN program; making steady progress to achieving a BSN or graduate degree in nursing (Progress is defined as enrolled in an accredited BSN program or graduate degree in nursing program and completing courses each year).

Following must be completed prior to employment start date

• American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider
• American Heart Association PALS
