Job Description- Develop and implement service programs by assessing patient needs, setting goals, and outlining interventions to ensure quality nursing and patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health, including medical history, physical exams, and interviews with patients and families.
- Develop individualized care plans by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, performing medical procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to adjust care plans and improve service programs based on data and feedback.
- Educate and train nursing staff on new service programs, protocols, and best practices to maintain high standards of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies by adhering to established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement activities by identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in electronic medical records, ensuring timely and precise entries.
- Adhere to professional standards by following established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, maintaining a professional rapport with all team members.
- Associate’s of Nursing (Required)

- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
