Position Summary

Our multidisciplinary team includes more than 70 physicians in 24 locations across Central Florida spanning Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, Highlands and Okeechobee counties. The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for leading shift operations within the clinical setting to ensure delivery of high‑quality care, exceptional customer experience, and optimal patient flow. In conjunction with Nursing Leadership the CANM provides guidance, fosters collaboration, and is responsible for ambulatory and/or outpatient clinical operation(s) including patient care assignments, clinical customer experience, clinical efficiencies, and quality outcomes.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred.

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in area of expertise preferred.
• May require one or more of the following certifications based on the assigned patient population:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)

• A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
