Located just minutes from Walt Disney World® and Orlando’s world‑famous attractions, Advent Health Palm Parkway Emergency Department is where world‑class emergency care meets the heart of hospitality. As an extension of our Magnet Designated Advent Health Celebration Main Campus, we bring advanced, compassionate care closer to the communities of Orange and Osceola Counties. The state‑of‑the‑art, 18,000‑square‑foot facility is open 24/7 with 24 private rooms, a dedicated urgent care track for non‑emergent cases, and an on‑site lab for fast results.

We also offer pediatric‑specific care, a 24‑hour observation unit, and seamless transfer capabilities for patients needing specialized treatment. Palm Parkway also has a resuscitation room where we provide care to our most critically ill patients. Our team is composed of a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including providers, nurses, techs, lab techs, respiratory therapists, imaging techs, security personnel, and patient financial advocates.

• Perform venous access procedures within the scope of RN licensure, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses and needs.
• Assess patients' conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and address any complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding and compliance. Maintain high standards of patient services and safety.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s of Nursing.
• Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
• Certified Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) – Accredited Issuing Body.
• Certified RN Infusion (CRNI) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
• Certified On‑Site or Bedside Procedure (CNOR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
• Additional specialty certifications as listed (e.g., Chemotherapy Certificate, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, etc.).

$33.99 – $63.22 per hour.
