Position: Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN)
Location: Orlando, FL
Shift: Full Time | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Salary: $77,500-$87,500
The Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a confident and compassionate RN or LPN Evening Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team during the evening shift. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compliant resident care
- Coordinate and assign staff based on resident acuity and team strengths
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical guidance to nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes
- Respond to emergencies and oversee smooth evening operations
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of long-term care or related clinical experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
