Overview
RN Cardiology Clinical Triage at Orlando – Join Advent Health as RN Cardiology Clinical Triage. Full‑time, 8am‑5pm, Day shift, Orlando, FL. All Day One benefits.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients (physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, lifestyle factors).
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluate, revise as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, follow physician orders and protocols, monitor adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, self‑care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff & ancillary departments to coordinate patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, outcomes in the medical record.
- Evaluate effectiveness of care plans and interventions continuously, adjust appropriately to improve patient health.
- Associate's of Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
- Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) – EV Accredited
- Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) – EV Accredited
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI
- Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN) – EV Accredited
- Chemotherapy Certificate (CHEMO) – EV Accredited
- Critical Care Registered Nurse – Tele‑ICU (CCRN‑E) – Accredited
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (CEFM) – EV Accredited
- Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED) – Accredited
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – EV Accredited
- Non Violent Crisis Intervention Program – EV Accredited
