We are now hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RN) and part-time Registered Nurses (RN) that are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Registered Nurse (RN)Job Responsibilities
- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- One Year prior nursing experience preferred
