We are now hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) that are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job

Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Qualifications:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
