Hours:

M-F 8am - 5pm;
Weekend on‑call rotation

• Develop professional and clinical skills through staff development meetings, educational activities, and professional affiliations.
• Participate in the review process and the agency performance improvement program.
• Provide patient education, medication administration, wound dressing changes, and ostomy care as directed by the RN and ordered by the physician.
• Display flexibility in accepting assignment changes and participate in weekend/after‑hours coverage and call rotation.
• Report pertinent observations to the attending physician and RN, and implement changes in the patient care plan as directed.

• High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
• Technical/Vocational School (required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certified (BLS)
• License – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Driver's License
• IV Certified (IV) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Resuscitation Quality Improvement, RQI – EV Accredited Issuing Body

$20.97 – $38.99 per hour
