Marketing Manager, Content Strategies

The Marketing Manager, Content Strategy is responsible for shaping and executing content that tells a compelling brand story across digital, event, and web experiences. This role leads a team of content contributors and works cross‑functionally to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful—from long‑form storytelling to concise, high‑performing event copy.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can both manage people and craft great content.
The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in‑office position.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content developers, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.
• Own content strategy across channels, including website copy, campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
• Develop clear, engaging narratives that translate complex topics into accessible, compelling stories.
• Write and edit high‑quality content, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging.
• Oversee website copy development, optimizing for clarity, structure, and audience intent.
• Create and refine short‑form copy for event booths, signage, and experiential marketing.
• Collaborate closely with demand generation, product marketing, design, and events teams to align content with business goals.
• Review and approve content deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment.

• 3–5 years of experience directly managing and supervising a team.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling expertise.
• Proven experience writing and optimizing website copy.
• Expertise in developing concise, high‑impact copy for event booths and in‑person marketing.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in B2B marketing, technology, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization.
• Experience developing brand voice and messaging frameworks.

• Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.
