The Marketing Coordinator at i-Tech Support Services plays an integral role in strengthening brand visibility, supporting lead generation initiatives, and ensuring consistent execution across marketing channels for our key business units:
Managed IT Services, School Technology, and Acumatica Cloud ERP. This position bridges creative content development, basic graphic design, event coordination, digital marketing execution, CRM maintenance, and cross-department collaboration. Working directly with senior marketing leadership, this role helps plan and support trade shows, webinars, and customer events; produces on-brand visual assets; and ensures campaigns run smoothly and on schedule across platforms.

RequiredKey Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role (internships and part-time experience considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of:
- Social media platforms (Linked In, Meta Business Suite)
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Hub Spot CRM and marketing tools
- Word Press content management systems
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and remote environment
- Experience in IT, MSP, ERP, B2B, or technology-focused organizations
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik Pro, or email performance platforms
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing content creation and optimization
