Senior Marketing Coordinator

Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator. This position is available in our Tampa (Temple Terrace), Tampa (Carrollwood), or Orlando office(s). An individual in this position brings their initial experience as a marketing coordinator and leverages lessons learned to work more autonomously and strategically in executing tasks. They are largely capable of handling coordination and production of proposals from start to finish and have a foundational understanding of how the funding and procurement process for PGA’s primary clients.

• Lead coordination and production of proposals including formatting, printing, and production
• Facilitate presentation and interview rehearsals
• Ensure relevant pursuit, contact, project, firm, and employee data up to date in the company’s CRM
• Maintain project cutsheet information and ensure data is incorporated into the Project Mapping Tool
• Evaluate technical content to make sure it satisfies all RFP requirements and company standards through compliance reviews
• Monitor FDOT planned advertisements, current advertisements, and selection website for updates
• Monitor FDOT Consultant Acquisition Plan website for updates
• Monitor municipal capital improvement plans for potential target projects, as requested
• Review previous shortlist interview and presentation recordings for insight and competitive review
• Support business development efforts (market research, competitor analysis, maintain contact with target clients)
• Facilitate capture plan development for potential target clients
• Provide mentorship to junior Marketing Group employees
• Identify and solicit partnering firms about teaming arrangements
• Engage in professional and/or community organizations to promote the firm
• Support the Marketing Group with any miscellaneous tasks, as necessary

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• Post-graduation experience of 5+ years in marketing for engineering or related industry firms
• Related experience may be considered instead of the required education

• Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and potentially additionally Adobe products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of personality types
• Demonstrates strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to firm deadlines, while delivering quality work
• Strong knowledge of CRM database and ability to manage records
