Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and strategic Customer Experience Communications Specialist to join our Commercial Enterprise organization. This individual will play a key role in shaping and communicating the customer experience journey through impactful presentations and internal communications. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling and design skills with a background in marketing, communications, or sales, and can translate complex business insights into clear, engaging visual content for executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and design executive-level PowerPoint presentations that illustrate the customer experience journey, key initiatives, and strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional commercial and marketing teams to create and refine messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Translate business strategies and customer insights into clear, visually compelling content for leadership presentations and organizational communications.
- Support the creation of communication materials for internal platforms, town halls, and commercial updates.
- Maintain brand consistency, tone, and style across all presentation and messaging materials.
- Partner with leadership to understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to highlight success stories and strategic direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
. - 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or commercial enablement roles.
- Strong background in presentation design and content development (PowerPoint expertise required).
- Experience working with executive leadership to build customer-focused or sales-driven presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with in a commercial enterprise or B2B sales organization
. - Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience strategy concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and internal communication platforms
. - Strong attention to detail and a polished, executive communication style.
