You’ll scout and secure event opportunities, drive lead generation, and collaborate with local partners to deliver fun, immersive, high‑energy events that amplify our brand presence.

• Conduct research to identify and evaluate event opportunities aligned with our brand and goals.
• Develop and maintain a calendar of community events, festivals, and grassroots activations.
• Reach out to schools, nonprofits, local businesses, and venues to explore collaborations.
• Represent the brand professionally and warmly within the community.
• Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, venues, chambers of commerce, schools, and community leaders.
• Attend networking functions, expos, and local events to increase visibility.
• Research and onboard qualified vendors to support event needs.
• Manage vendor contracts, payments, and logistics.
• Ensure vendors meet brand standards and enhance the event experience.
• Engage with attendees to generate and qualify leads.
• Track and maintain lead data in CRM systems.
• Evaluate lead quality and event ROI.
• Contribute innovative ideas for event themes, layouts, and experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on promotional materials and collateral.
• Ensure all event elements align with company branding and messaging.
• Manage all aspects of event execution, including venue selection, staffing, scheduling, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
• Oversee on‑site logistics and maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; authentic and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in event planning, brand activation, or community engagement.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative problem‑solver with an eye for detail and design.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to events.
• Experience in a field‑based or sales‑support capacity (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience in telecommunications, brand marketing, or high‑growth consumer industries.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus, not required).
