Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for an Extrusion Operator located in the Greater Orlando area. The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery, using hand tools, and following safety protocols. Additional tasks include monitoring production, conducting quality control checks, and communicating with team members to ensure the production process runs efficiently and meets company standards.
Qualifications- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years as extrusion operator in plastics masterbatch or compounding industries.
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs. and standing for long shifts.
- Proficiency with Hand Tools and basic mechanical abilities
- Strong skills in Quality Control and adherence to safety and production standards
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
