Screen Print Facility Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Screen Print Facility Manager located in Orlando, FL. The Screen Print Facility Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the screen printing process, manage teams, ensure production schedules are met, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities will include staff training, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production efficiency. Collaboration with the production team to optimize workflow is an integral part of the role.

• Familiarity with screen printing processes, garment printing techniques, and quality control standards
• Experience with managing production teams, scheduling, and inventory management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety standards
• Problem-solving skills and initiative to improve production efficiency
• Knowledge of printing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Prior experience in a production facility or screen printing environment is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
