Production Test Supervisor

We’re seeking a hands-on Production Test Supervisor to lead a small team supporting the testing and validation of electronic systems used in aerospace and defense products.

This role will oversee 3 Production Test Technicians while actively participating in production testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of test processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electronics production testing, RF measurement, and automated test equipment

• Lead and support a team of 3 Production Test Technicians
• Oversee production test execution to ensure product quality and performance
• Troubleshoot electronic and RF test failures
• Maintain and improve test procedures, fixtures, and automated test equipment
• Partner with engineering teams to improve yield and resolve technical issues
• Support process improvements and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in production test, manufacturing test, or test engineering
• Experience with RF testing and measurement
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE)
• Experience with LabVIEW, Test Stand, or similar test software
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment

• Familiarity with MIL-STD or environmental testing
