Job DescriptionYou will be the Operations Manager for the Advanced Threat Warning System (ATWS) Program at Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for driving speed, agility, and technical innovation across advanced threat‑warning sensor programs.
What You Will Be Doing- Managing cost and schedule for manufacturing Advanced Threat Warning Sensors across multiple manufacturing centers, coordinating with engineering, quality, procurement, and sites in Ocala, Archbald, Dallas, and Santa Barbara.
- Directing program proposals, planning, execution, manpower, capital/capacity, Non‑Recurring Engineering activity, and process development.
- Communicating effectively with customers and all management levels, authoring program directives (PDs), and delivering clear written and verbal updates.
- Driving operational and manufacturing excellence through cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement to meet IOP, contract, and financial commitments.
- Supporting concurrent development and production activities required to ramp‑to‑rate in a short timeline.
- Supporting limited travel as required to align global sites and stakeholder expectations.

- Manufacturing technical background in areas of Electro‑Optical Assembly, optical fab/coating and/or machining.
- Previous Line of Business (LOB) experience supporting a Program is preferred.
- Previous experience with CAPEX (Capital) project planning and execution.
- Experience leading teams formally/informally and driving project execution.
