Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical/mechanic assembly, including reading blueprints and using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
- Proficient with a variety of hand tools.
- Ability to interpret and follow process plans, sketches, photographs, and data to define work tasks.
- Flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to satisfy facility security requirements.
You will be the Assembler for the Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality aerospace hardware and supporting mission‑critical operations.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Assembler you will be responsible for executing precise assembly tasks, ensuring component conformity, and collaborating with engineering to maintain tooling.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Perform assembly functions on mechanical hardware.
- Verify conformance of parts using blueprints and measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Work with engineering to build and repair tooling.
- Operate on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
- Adapt to alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility.

Desired Skills- General measuring and inspection experience.
- Experience with interpretation and application of GD&T, ANSI, and military specifications.
- Technical training, apprenticeship, more than 5 years experience in general/precision assembly techniques.
- Set-up and layout that would be typical of an assembler having 5 years of experience or more in assembly related work.
- Structural assembly.
- Riveting experience.
- Helicoil insertion.
- Prior experience with mechanical / mechanic assembly using blueprints, measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
