Manufacturing ​/ Production Technician, Manufacturing Engineer

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Technician to join a leading Company located in the Orlando, FL surrounding area.

US Citizenship is required.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive manufacturing of cables, prototypes, and production assemblies; repairing field and lab assets; and manufacturing initial builds working with Engineering.
• Candidates should be able to work from schematics, engineering drawings, and models, as well as written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in the prescribed format.
• Performs calibration checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
• Candidate shall modify/repair test equipment and prototypes according to drawings, specifications, or engineering liaison.
• Candidate is responsible for performing all assigned duties in a safe and compliant manner and apprising supervision of all issues that could impact our business.

• Bachelor's Degree and 4-8 years of related experience.
• Must have assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Must have cable harness assembly experience.
• Must have experience working directly with engineering.
