You will be a Supply / Buy Planner, or Demand / Bill of Materials  BOM  Planner for our Production, Planning, and Control organization  Our team is responsible for coordinating interdepartmental activity and scheduling the movement of parts to ensure timely and efficient production  We're looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to join our team in Orlando, FL

## What You Will Be Doing

As a Supply / Buy Planner, or Demand / Bill of Materials  BOM  Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating interdepartmental activity with various teams, including quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and contracts administration  You will schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders  You will also be required to communicate with all production sites and may need to work outside of normal operating hours

### Your responsibilities will include:

+ Coordinating interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and contracts administration

+ Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders

+ Traveling and/or communicating with all production sites

+ Working outside of normal operating hours as needed

+ Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production

+ Analyzing and resolving production scheduling issues

+ Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

* Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer

systems, databases, and programs

 Excellent communication skills

 Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers

 Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing

 Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills

 Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System  MMAS

 Must be able to work outside of the normal

operating hours, as required
