Lockheed Martin - - - Responsibilities:
Perform in-process / courtesy / quality witness / final inspections on machined parts, electro-mechanical, mechanical, composite, integrated systems and various coatings.;
Inspect mechanical assemblies utilizing Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs) for structural flaws and checking critical dimensions to extremely close tolerances.;
Ascertain functionality in accordance with prescribed company and customer requirements and specifications which may be presented to the customer for certification and acceptance prior to shipment.;
Utilize a variety of precision inspection instruments and gauges to perform inspections per drawing criteria, including critical dimensions to extremely tight tolerances.
