What You’ll Be Doing

As a Pallet Repair Operator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping our supply chain moving safely and efficiently:

• Repair pallets using pneumatic nail guns and reciprocating saws
• Place pallets on repair tables, remove damaged boards, replace components, and secure new boards
• Troubleshoot saw jams and perform basic equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols while working with industrial tools
• Stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift pallets weighing 60–75 lbs

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Physical strength, endurance, and strong hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to remain focused and work safely in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to understand and communicate instructions clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or fast‑moving production environment
• Previous experience working with industrial machinery
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs
• Must be 18 years of age or older
