  • Assemble Sr of cables and harnesses that support a variety of missile launcher systems.

This job consists of electrical and mechanical assembly. May have to disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and sub-assemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings and procedures.
  • Must be able to build complex assemblies using drawings or detailed work instructions.
  • Successful candidate must have strong defect recognition skills and the ability to interact with peers and support team to improve build processes.
  • Proficiency in cable routing per interconnect diagrams and drawings is required.

Desired

Skills:

  • Prior experience building cables/harnesses on harness board with engineering drawings.
  • Experience working with Operations Excellence Teams (OETs) to identify process improvements.
  • Experience working on manufacturing flow lines with multiple team members.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
