Manufacturing Technican

Job/Position Summary

Perform various assembly tasks to craft top-tier cable/harness and electromechanical assemblies. Duties include following written instructions for soldering, crimping, lacing, wiring, and potting tasks.

• Build the first piece of new units to prove out manufacturing process procedures (MPPs).
• Update MPPs as needed and as directed by Engineering. This includes adding steps dimensions, and photos to MPPs.
• Train, support and assist other manufacturing personnel as required throughout the build cycle.

• 3-5 years of cable/harness manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic tools used in cable/harness manufacturing, such as crimp tools, positions, harness boards, templates, etc.
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

• Effective time management, self-motivation, and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, high-volume production environment with a professional demeanor.
• Fundamental math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively.
• Physical capability to operate diverse production equipment and assembly tools.
• Ability to lift 15+ pounds, maintain physical stamina and strength, and tolerate exposure to fumes and odors.

• Full-Time: Four (4) ten-hour days, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)

• No travel for this position.
