System Technician – Customer Service & Contact Center Operations
Regular / Permanent | Full time

• Build, test, and debug production precision optical metrology systems.
• Perform daily production build, test, and debug activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to release build and test methods for new products.
• Identify and streamline manufacturing processes prior to production launch.
• Manufacture, test, and install custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to specifications.
• Interpret electrical schematics and production blueprints.
• Provide equipment functionality and capability reports throughout production and test stages.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
• Perform critical quality control checks and streamline analysis and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Vocational or Associate’s degree in a related technical field or 2 years equivalent hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate electrical equipment.
• Strong soldering skills and cable‑assembly experience.
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, optical, or imaging systems.
• Ability to follow work instructions for manufacture and test with high attention to detail.
• Superior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong analytical capability and familiarity with statistical analysis tools and post‑processing data from measurements.
• Flexibility with other tasks.
