Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance;
Interim Secret Clearance is required to start. - Previous ERP experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Daily interfacing with other functions, such as procurement, engineering and finance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in past roles, projects or assignments.
- Strategic thinker with proven lean manufacturing experience and/or training.
- Recent transactional experience and knowledge of SAP ERP.

Manufacturing Planner Stf
You will be the Production Development Lead for the Production Development team. Our team is responsible for production planning, demand planning, master data management, and delivering clear operational metrics that drive mission critical success.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Production Development Lead you will be responsible for guiding emerging technology production efforts from development through full scale manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Participate in development and execution of integrated master schedules that align engineering, finance, manufacturing, and global supply chain commitments.
- Define best practices on how to manage MRP for different phases of development.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators and report actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to resolve schedule bottlenecks, material constraints, and change management impacts.
- Travel to supplier sites and other Lockheed Martin operations (≈ 10 % of the time) to ensure alignment across the enterprise.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and overall production efficiency.
