Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2+ years of professional experience; or a related Masters degree.
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, therefore must be a U.S. Citizen.
Past experience with Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing and/or Make Planning experience.
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.

• Coordinates with Procurement and Operations Management to determine appropriate time‑phased plan for procured parts. Utilizing MRP reports, follow actions in the supply chain to ensure material is ordered and delivered to meet production, the subsequent process of the supply chain.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing and Operations Management to determine appropriate lot sizing strategy for make assemblies, analyzes requirements and executes the MRP plan by releasing work orders, ensures implementation of engineering changes to assemblies, and provides timely status to ensure operating schedules are met.
• This position typically requires 2‑6 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and 1‑4 years or a combination of education and experience.

• Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
• SAP ERP experience
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.
• Inventory Control and material handling knowledge.
• Experience with material and Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas
• Green belt trained and or certified
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification
• Very good organization and communication skills
