Mitsubishi Power is hiring a Fuel Nozzle Technician (Off Shift) in the Orlando Service Center. The Fuel Nozzle Technician will disassemble, inspect, and assemble fuel nozzles, to ensure they meet internal and customer requirements.

• Demonstrates our core competencies:
  Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
• Read, interpret and perform all operations as necessary per drawings and/or work instructions;
• General knowledge of all other shop processes;
• Multi-task in a fast paced manufacturing environment and does so with minimal supervision;
• Perform TPMs on equipment;
• Perform visual inspections to examine for defects / damage;
• Perform pressure testing operations;
• Perform inspection with devices such as borescopes, micrometers, calipers, and torque wrenches;
• Repair parts as instructed using specified hand tools and mechanical devices;
• Load/unload parts into chemical tanks and monitor/maintain tanks during cleaning/testing operations;

• Education & Experience:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Able to read and understand basic instructions, write simple correspondence, and effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Math
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Capable of applying common sense to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and resolve routine problems involving multiple variables.
• Computer Proficiency:
  Basic skills in using personal computers and common software applications such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
