As our Head of Product Development, you'll be the mastermind behind our next big hit! You'll blend your skills as a chef, baker, and food scientist to create mouth-watering products that our customers will love. You'll also ensure our manufacturing processes are top-notch, keeping an eye on best practices and efficiency. This leadership role is crucial to our growth, and you'll be at the heart of our exciting journey.

Reports to the CEO.

• Innovate:
  Develop new and exciting bakery products that align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Lead:
  Oversee the R&D team, providing guidance and inspiration to drive creativity and excellence.
• Collaborate:
  Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and translate them into delicious products.
• Optimize:
  Implement and maintain best manufacturing practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Engage:
  Be the face of Bakery Express in customer interactions, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.

• Certified Master Baker (preferred) with extensive experience in the bakery industry.
• Strong background in product development, with a proven track record of successful launches.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-focused with exceptional communication abilities.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and food safety standards.
• Knowledge of Safe Quality Foods (SQF) quality system.
• Expertise in breads and sweet goods.
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about baking.
• Good organization skills, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain formulas, process documentation, and train others.
• Display a positive and pro-company demeanor and conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
