- Delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Driving spa revenue and retail sales
- Managing and training staff to meet financial and service goals
- Maintaining budget control and operational efficiency
- Oversee all spa operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with policies.
- Implement programs to achieve monthly financial objectives and retail-to-service sales ratios.
- Analyze sales, forecast revenue, and monitor staffing and labor costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate spa and salon teams, ensuring service excellence.
- Conduct staff evaluations and performance appraisals.
- Recruit and onboard new employees; ensure all training is documented.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues to minimize revenue loss.
- Ensure all team members provide exceptional service consistent with Mandara Spa standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Monitor inventory, back-stock, and retail sales goals.
- Train staff on product knowledge and promotions.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll, and control overtime.
- Maintain communication with Regional Director and Facilities regarding operations and site needs.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales/retail management in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
- Spa supervisor/management experience required; proven track record in meeting financial objectives.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems (Book4
Time preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with email and basic business systems.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel between spa locations if managing multiple sites.
