About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base while developing and mentoring staff in a collaborative, professional environment. The Audit Manager will oversee multiple assurance engagements, provide technical guidance, and play a key role in building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's degree preferred)
• Active Florida CPA license or equivalent professional credential
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
• Proven leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring staff
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Commitment to continuing professional education (minimum 40 hours annually)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of assurance engagements, from planning through completion
• Supervise and mentor staff while fostering a culture of professional growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
• Oversee engagement teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget expectations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff on complex accounting and auditing matters
• Participate in recruiting, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve client issues and recommend improvements
• Monitor risk assessments, engagement efficiency, and overall audit quality
