Global Supply Chain Senior Manager

Job Description

You will be a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager within the Hypersonic and Strike Systems Team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies to support the development and production of the Hypersonic and Strike Systems programs, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality products.

• Developing and executing subcontract management strategies
• Representing the Global Supply Chain team in proposal meetings and management reviews
• Leading Supply Chain Management at financial reviews
• Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives
• Coaching and mentoring Supply Chain Managers to ensure successful execution of the program
• Supporting Program Managers in program execution and resolving escalation issues with suppliers

• Experience leading a team of individual contributors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, LM stakeholders, customers
• Demonstrated risk and opportunity management experience
• Experience in developing and executing subcontract management strategies
• Experience with proposal strategy and working prime negotiations with customers
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines
• Ability to recruit, train and develop team
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

• Experience leading a team of leaders
• Experience leading a team in development and production environments
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR
• Prior professional experience working with Supply Chain Management fundamentals including processes, procedures, policies, systems and an overall understanding of subcontracts
• Strong experience managing major subcontractors

This position is in Orlando, Florida.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

• Part‑time Remote Telework:
  The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
