Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This position is located in Orlando, Florida.

Job Summary:

The client is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end program and project planning across multiple work streams and disciplines.

Duties:

• Lead end-to-end program and project planning across multiple work streams and disciplines
• Develop and manage project schedules, communication strategies, and financial forecasts
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Design teams to align scope with timelines and budgets
• Drive large, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes
• Oversee resources, budgets, schedules, and scope prioritization to balance competing demands
• Act as the primary liaison among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent scope creep
• Leverage metrics and reporting to improve forecasting, efficiency, and overall project performance
• Ensure effective project closure, including lessons learned, documentation, and handoff to operations
• Mentor and coach a team of 2–5 Project Managers, supporting professional growth and performance
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of project management talent
• Provide leadership on resource planning and project staffing across initiatives

Desired Skills/

Experience:

• 4+ years of project management experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or Operations
• 3+ years of client/stakeholder management
• 2+ years of Agile project delivery
• 1+ years of direct mobile app delivery experience
• Proven experience with web app delivery
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Self-starter, ability to ramp up quickly with minimal oversight
• Strong communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptable and reliable under ambiguity and shifting priorities

The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
