Detailer, Management, EHS ​/ HSE Manager

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within our organization; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Provide supervisory oversight for a group of detailers, ensuring work is coordinated, meets job standards, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. Lead training and development for new rebar detailers, supervise work quality, and drive continuous improvement in detailing techniques, cost efficiency, and workflow processes.

• Adhere to all company safety programs and standards.
• Demonstrate conduct consistent with the values and vision of a leading steel producer.
• Train and develop new rebar detailers.
• Supervise detailers, review work for accuracy, assist with challenges, and address deficiencies.
• Identify and recommend cost‑effective, efficiency‑focused improvements to detailing processes.
• Assign and distribute detailing work efficiently and track progress.
• Monitor detailing costs for both internal and third‑party work.
• Assist with performance reviews and recommend salary adjustments as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Vocational certificate in CAD design/drafting from an accredited school or college, or equivalent training and work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a rebar detailer.

• Two‑year technical degree from an accredited school or college.
• 3D modeling background.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

• Using hands to operate objects, tools, computers, and other electronic equipment.
• Lifting and handling computers and related equipment.
• Vision abilities including close vision and adjusting focus.
